Effective March 7, 2017
To best serve all of our valued customers, unless a VESTEX product is proven defective or is shipped in error, we will not accept returns for any of the following:
- VESTEX garments that have been washed or worn,
- VESTEX garments with embroidered logos of any type, or
- VESTEX garments with personalization/customized artwork (i.e. name and department)
If you are dissatisfied with your VESTEX purchase, return it within 60 days of the recorded original shipment date. We accept returns of unwashed and unworn VESTEX product in its original packaging with hang tags1 attached (all items are subject to inspection before the Return is authorized).
All refunds or exchanges must first have the original item returned to Vestagen for inspection. Once approved by Vestagen, you will be reimbursed as follows:
- For personal credit card purchases, your credit card will be refunded in full and, where desired, a new order must be generated (i.e. for a different size)
- For purchases paid by your employer, an equal value exchange must be made.
We’ll pay for return shipping so your return process isn’t just easy, it’s free. (Original processing and shipping costs are not refundable.)

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES
Change your mind? We understand. So, we will do our best to honor any order cancellation if your requests is received within 24 hours of initialing placing the order. After that, the order will be “in process” and we will be unable to intercede before the order ships. In those cases, if the products meet above Returns criteria, you can go through our Returns process.
1 Before Q3, 2017, VESTEX items shipped, and subsequently returned, prior to hang tag implementation will not be required to have hang tags attached.
